  The things I wish I knew :
  No wifi in the rooms.
  No AC in the rooms (a fan is provided)
  No elevator (but only one story building)
  
  The things that were nice :
  A very central position in the city.
  Clean room with a great view on the lake.
  Nice and helpful staff.
  Cafe and restaurant directly accessible from the hotel.
  No surcharge for paying with credit card.
